Overview

This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to maxlifedevelopment.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. MaxLife Realty LLC is the operator of this site.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — email, name, and phone number when you fill out a form (contact, newsletter, workbook request, valuation request).
• Automatically-collected usage data — page views, clicks, device type, browser, general location (city-level), and approximate session duration.
• Company identification — for visitors from identifiable business networks, we may receive the company name (not personal identity) from a B2B reverse-IP service.

Cookies and tracking

We use three categories of cookies. You control which run via the consent banner on your first visit and can change your choice any time at the link below.

• Necessary — session state, login, security. Always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and a first-party visitor ID cookie (mxl_vid) that helps us understand return visits.
• Marketing — Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and a B2B visitor- identification service (RB2B). These help us measure advertising and identify company-level interest.

We also run our own first-party site analytics, hosted on our own server and never shared with or sold to third parties. It records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, and buttons or links clicked, so we can see which pages help visitors and which don't. It never records what you type into forms, and it stores only a one-way hash of your IP address along with your approximate city. Until you make a cookie choice it uses a temporary identifier that is deleted when you close your browser. If you accept analytics cookies, the identifier persists so that return visits can be recognized. If you reject analytics cookies, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this analytics is turned off entirely. Detailed event records are deleted after 180 days.

How we use the information

• Respond to your inquiries and provide requested resources.
• Send newsletters or follow-up email about Central Florida CRE (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Measure site traffic and improve what we offer.
• Show relevant ads on other platforms (if you opted in).

Data processors and vendors

We share data only with vendors who help run the site under contracts that restrict how they can use it:

• Email delivery — Resend (transactional and newsletter emails)
• Data storage — Supabase (form submissions, course and academy data)
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics
• Advertising — Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, RB2B

Do Not Call and TCPA Compliance

By submitting your phone number through our contact forms, you consent to MaxLife Commercial contacting you by phone or text (SMS) regarding real estate services and inquiries. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry. To opt out of future communications, reply STOP to any SMS or contact us directly.

Florida Digital Bill of Rights

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information in the CCPA sense. We share data only with vendors listed above under contracts that restrict how they can use it.

Your rights
