The Philosophy

The commercial real estate business is full of people who get paid whether your deal works or not. I don't think that's how the best partnerships are built. The strongest outcomes come when incentives are aligned — when the person advising you wins only if you win.
That's why, for the right opportunity, I'm willing to do what most brokers won't: put my own capital into the deal, take on a dedicated engagement where I'm accountable to your results, or commit fully to a person or business I believe in. I'd rather go deep with the right few than transact with the many.

We listed and sold this Orlando AutoZone for the owner. Dealing directly with the buyer — a licensed principal investor — we negotiated up from an $857K opening offer to a fast, clean close at $950,000, a 6.37% cap rate — about $93K more for the seller, with a certain on-time execution.
