Fit Analysis (24-48 hours)
We analyze how the deal aligns with our investor network and current market opportunities.
Client Outreach (24-72 hours)
If approved, we contact your client directly to discuss next steps, timeline, and process.
Execution (45-90 days)
We handle underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing. You earn your fee at close.

The more details about the property, deal thesis, and timeline, the faster we can evaluate.
Know Your Client
Make sure your client is serious and ready to move. We move fast on deals that fit.
Confirm Authorization
Your client should know you're referring them and be open to our outreach.
Include Context
Tell us why this deal fits our criteria and what makes it attractive to investors.
Market Expertise
Deals in markets we know well (Orlando, Space Coast, Lakeland) close faster.
Quality Over Quantity
One strong deal per month is better than five weak ones. We focus on fit, not volume.
