Absolute NNN Lease

The purest form of NNN lease — tenant is responsible for everything including roof and structure.

Full Definition

An absolute NNN lease is a triple net lease where the tenant bears 100% of property-related costs including roof replacement and structural repairs. This is distinct from a standard NNN where landlord may retain structural responsibility. Absolute NNN is the gold standard for passive investors.
