The Role
MaxLife Commercial is recruiting a commission-only sales agent to specialize in land and development sites for sale across Central Florida. You'll build a focused book of business in this asset class, backed by MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and source listings of land and development sites for sale across Central Florida
- Represent buyers and tenants seeking land and development sites
- Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching
- Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in land
- Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire)
- Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting
- Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a 100% commission role, no base salary
- Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast)
- Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings
Nice to Have
- Existing network of owners, investors, or operators in land
- Prior sales or brokerage experience (any asset class)
- Familiarity with Crexi, LoopNet, and CoStar
- Spanish fluency (Central Florida market advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate
